"樱花视频在线" WFP's contribution to the SDGs
In seeking to end hunger and promoting wide partnerships to do so, WFP works across the spectrum of Sustainable Development Goals enshrined in the 2030 agenda.
The agenda sets out 17 action points – the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) – to “free the human race from the tyranny of poverty” and “shift the world onto a sustainable and resilient path” by 2030.
SDG 2 aims to end hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition, and promote sustainable agriculture. The World Food Programme (WFP) has been committed to ending hunger since it was founded over 60 years ago. By building resilience, adapting to climate change, promoting good nutrition and improving food systems, our work helps address the root causes of hunger and ensure sufficient, nutritious food for all. These efforts have saved millions of lives and changed millions more for the better. Read more here about WFP's work to achieve zero hunger 樱花视频在线.
